Welcome to this weeks Blog from the Globe Wagga.

Another busy week for us with a combination of events keeping us busy. Whilst this opening sentence may sound cliche, it is very true!

This week we have decided to interview one of our Reception Staff to give our guests an insight into who we are.

Name: Tom

How long have you worked at Globe Apartments? I worked at the Globe when it was first changed into apartments back in around 2009 until I left in 2012. I have now been back working for the Globe for 12 months.

What is your Role? I provide all check in and check out services to our guests as well as answering phone calls and emails.

What is your favorite part of the apartments? I love that all apartments feel so homley’ and they are so close to the centre of town, not to mention the BBQ area!!

What do you like to do when your not at the Globe? I like to spend time with my wife and our 2 Golden Retrievers, and golf, I do love golf!

Favorite travel destination? I could not pick just one but three amazing spots are Hoi An (Vietnam), La Digue (Seychelles) and Merlimbula on the NSW South Coast.

Best part about working at the Globe? Meeting interesting guest that come to visit Wagga, its always really great to have a quick chat to them and share a little information about Wagga and here where they are from.

Thanks to Tom for taking time out of his busy day to give us some insight into who we are.

If your in Wagga this weekend, dont forget to walk down Morgan street to the River to get a glimps of the World Championship Gumi Race! Races start from around 9am.

Have a great Weekend,

Kind regards

Globe Apartment Staff.
