Good Afternoon and welcome to another Blog from the Globe Apartments.

A little while back, we compiled a list of great places for  food and coffee. Since then a few new places have opened and we would like to share with you one that is definitely worth exploring.

The Coolamon Cheese Factory has been open to the public now for around 6 months. It has been reborn from what was left of the old Charles Sturt University cheese factory but with a lot more range for delicious things to eat. They have a small menu, all with a Cheese theme, a great wine list and they have Campos Coffee! I haven’t even mentioned the cheese yet, it is by far the biggest draw card. My favorite is the Bush Tomato.

So keep the Coolamon Cheese Factory in mind, especially if you are here for an extended stay working, and have the weekends off, its a great place to visit!

The Apartments have again been busy this week, we are down a few staff members at the moment so our planned maintenance works have been put on hold until next week.
